Shipping Updates

Shipping Methods
We typically ship domestic packages using Express Mail, Priority Mail or First
Class Mail via USPS. For international orders, we can ship Priority Mail International
and Express Mail International. We strongly urge international customers
to use Express Mail International when placing a donation.
Shipping Dates
We ship during business hours; Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within
the United States. We reserve the right to make exception to these times for
holidays, etc.
Processing Time
Normal donation gift items we have in stock, received between Monday and Friday,
are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Donations received on Saturday
and Sunday usually begin processing that following Monday or by close of business
day Tuesday.
Preview processing time can vary depending on the item stock and availability.
Shipping Damage
We are not responsible for damage to your item during shipping. If your order
arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact your local post office.
Exchanges and Returns
We hope you love everything you receive from donating to the Wishlist Foundation.
However, if something is not right, let us know at info-at-wishlistfoundation-dot-org.
Please include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Donation Number
- A photo if your item has been damage as the result of our packing
- Reason why you want an exchange/return
Should you be less than happy with anything you've received, please contact
Wishlist Foundation within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be
happy to review your donation.
When donation gift items are a set, we can only accept returns of complete
sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original payment
method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method
(we recommend USPS or FedEx). We cannot be responsible for the loss of your
return during shipment. Include your receipt and please let us know the reason
for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
